Effects of aspect ratio on rolling and twisting foils

چکیده
Flow features and forces of three-dimensional flapping foils are presented with aspect-ratio (AR) variations. The similitude rolling twisting kinematics is maintained across different ARs. An AR correction analogous to Prandtl finite-wing theory developed, enabling future use strip in the analysis design finite foils.
